Less than a minute walk to the near bus stop. 12 minutes walk to the sky train and Metrotown Mall from the house. 7 minutes walk to Crystal Mall. 15 minutes to downtown Vancouver by Expo Line. BCIT and SFU is nearby.
You’ll love my place because of the convenient location, cleanliness, and warmth. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers etc.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
- $50 late checkout fee for every 30 minutes after 11am
- Outdoor shoes need to be taken off when inside the house
- Kitchen access is from 8am to 10pm, excluding 11am to 3pm(cleaning time), light meals only, and no strong odours or smells when cooking
- One load of laundry per week is free for guests staying one week or more, otherwise there will be a fee of $10/load for the washer and dryer.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- For safety reasons, the oven is not available for use at the property
- Towel change is $5 each time
- Since it is a shared property and the cleaning help comes once a day, each guest needs to clean up after they are done in using the kitchen, washroom, and other common area, so that others present in the listing have no reason to complain.
